Cut the sirloin and garlic to add them and fry them in a pan with EVOO.<br \/>\n2. In another pan, fry the onions, previously cut into very fine pieces, together with the fried tomato, white wine and Merry Tabasco hot sauce.<br \/>\n3. Add the sirloin to the pan to give it the last burst of heat along with the rest of the ingredients.<br \/>\n4.
