Summer Potato Salad with Merrysab Balsamic Cream of Modena

Ingredients

  • Small tomatoes x3
  • Merrysab Balsamic Cream of Modena (to taste)
  • Spring onion x1
  • Small red bell pepper 1/2
  • Eggs x2
  • Cans of tuna x2
  • Anchovy fillets x8
  • Black olives x12
  • Round green beans 100 g
  • New potatoes x4
  • Capers x1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce 100 g

Preparation

  • Boil the potatoes, green beans, and eggs.
  • Wash and cut the vegetables.
  • Place in a bowl and season the mixture of lettuce, chopped tomatoes, capers, diced red pepper, olives, anchovies, and julienned spring onion.
  • Add the green beans to the previous mixture.
  • Dress with Merrysab Balsamic Cream of Modena.
