Sirloin steak in Tabasco sauce

Tabasco flavored hot sauce – 4 people

Ingredients:

– 1 kg pork tenderloin
– 2 onions
– 4 or 5 garlic
– Fried tomato
– 2 tablespoons Tabasco Merry hot sauce
– Olive oil

Preparation:

1. Cut the sirloin and garlic to add them and fry them in a pan with EVOO.
2. In another pan, fry the onions, previously cut into very fine pieces, together with the fried tomato, white wine and Merry Tabasco hot sauce.
3. Add the sirloin to the pan to give it the last burst of heat along with the rest of the ingredients.
4. Remove and serve as desired, enjoy!
