Raisin and pine nut salad with maple syrup

Ingredients:

1 bag of salad sprouts, 50 grams of raisins, 40 grams of pine nuts, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon of Merry Sab balsamic vinegar of Modena, 1 tablespoon of Merry Sab maple syrup, chives, salt and ground black pepper.

Preparation:

1) Arrange the salad sprouts in a large bowl, add the raisins and pine nuts. 2) Make the dressing in a closed container by mixing the chives, oil, balsamic vinegar of Modena and maple syrup, whisking until emulsified. 3) We finish by adding salt and black pepper to taste. 4) Take advantage!
