Mussels with spicy Tabasco sauce Merry

Tabasco flavor hot sauce – 4 people

Ingredients:
  • 700 grams of mussels
  • Two tablespoons of white wine
  • Two tablespoons of Tabasco Merry hot sauce
  • Two bay leaves
  • Green and red pepper
  • an onion
  • a clove of garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
Preparation:
  1. Wash the mussels under the tap, removing any impurities.
  2. In a deep pot, place the mussels with the white wine and two bay leaves, watching them carefully until they open. From this pot, extract the mussels and remove the broth.

  3. Cut the onion, green and red pepper and garlic clove.
  4. Add all of the above to a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil, a little salt and two tablespoons of Merry Tabasco hot sauce for a touch of extra heat.

  5. Combine mussels and resulting sauce.
