Meatballs with Tabasco sauce

Tabasco spicy sauce – 6/8 people

Ingredients:
  • Half a kilo of beef and pork to make the meatballs.
  • Half a kilogram of ripe red tomatoes.
  • 2 large roasted garlic.
  • Half a roasted onion in wedges.
  • Three tablespoons of Merry’s Tabasco hot sauce.
  • salt and sugar.
Preparation:
  1. Chop both types of meat, shape the meatballs and set aside.
  2. Cook or roast the tomatoes.
  3. Put the tomatoes, onion and garlic through the blender, adding Merry’s spicy Tabasco sauce.
  4. Add this sauce to the meatballs in a frying pan over low heat until you give it a touch of taste.
  5. Enjoy the most explosive meatballs!
