Bloody Mary with Tabasco sauce

Tabasco Hot Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 150 ml of tomato juice.
  • 50-60 ml of vodka.
  • 10 ml of lemon juice.
  • 3-4 drops of Perrins sauce.
  • A few drops of spicy Tabasco sauce Merry.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • A little freshly ground black pepper.
  • Ice cubes.
  • A few sprigs of celery
  • A few lemon slices to decorate.
Preparation:
  1. In a glass jug or mixing glass, add ice up to 3/4 of its capacity.
  2. Pour in the vodka and lemon juice, stirring so that it does not settle to the bottom.
  3. Squeeze the lemon juice and pour it into the aforementioned jug.
  4. Season with Perrins sauce, salt, pepper and Merry Tabasco hot sauce,
  5. Stir to taste.
